To show a home in its best light I use a plethora of tactics. One of my favorite tools is my home staging expertise and background which can be a great resource for my clients. I spent several years as a buyer specialist learning what types of thing really caught a buyers attention and made the listing memorable after looking at sometimes dozens of home. Often it was the little details or “feeling” that a well staged home gave them. Staged homes often sell quicker, for greater value than non-staged homes.

Home staging is all about painting a picture of the homes potential. Just as there are multiple types of learners: auditory, visual, and kinesthetic, there are also multiple types of buyers. Many times aiding a buyer in seeing a home’s potential can have a powerful effect! Conveying a certain type of feel can be as simple as putting together the right combination of paint, or small fixes, but it also can include furnishing a vacant property.
