New Construction Sales Centers can be quite inviting. The folks there represent the builder or developer and are helpful, giving you all the information you might ask in order to sell their homes. One way that you can insure that you always have an advocate for you when buying new construction is to let them know before you give them your name, that you are working with a REALTOR®, give them your agent’s name and if possible a business card. You can still browse around and ask questions and take your time to decide but now, you can have a representative that will help negotiate a good price, perhaps some upgrades or additional perks and review all the documents with you while looking out for your best interest. Laura has represented dozens of buyers in new construction has the rapport and the insight with our area builders to help you get the best possible outcome.

The same thing can happen at an open house. You never know when you’ll see a sign or be out on a walk in the neighborhood and just decide to pop in and have a look.
